The National Information Technology Center undertook the refurbishment of its administrative offices and conference facilities in Phnom Penh to create a more professional, comfortable, and efficient working environment. The project included executive offices, meeting rooms, training areas, and administrative workspaces that required durable flooring capable of supporting daily government operations.
