Commercial Carpet Installation at Brew House

Commercial carpet installation at Brew House for a comfortable, durable, modern interior.

About this project

Creating a welcoming atmosphere begins from the ground up, and Commercial Carpet Installation plays a significant role in shaping how customers experience a hospitality venue. Recently, Ourstuff Carpet completed a premium flooring project for Brew House, a modern craft coffee and brewery destination that wanted to elevate both aesthetics and everyday performance. By combining durable materials with expert craftsmanship, the new flooring now complements the venue’s industrial-inspired interior while supporting continuous customer traffic.

Project Overview

Brew House operates as a spacious café and microbrewery featuring indoor dining, lounge seating, collaborative work areas, and private event rooms. The management planned a complete flooring renovation to improve customer comfort without interrupting daily operations.

The design concept embraced exposed brick walls, matte black steel accents, reclaimed timber furniture, and warm ambient lighting. To complement this interior, Ourstuff Carpet recommended modular commercial carpet tiles with subtle linear textures that enhanced the contemporary environment.

Business Challenges

The client required flooring that could withstand constant foot traffic while preserving a refined appearance throughout busy operating hours. Existing hard flooring generated excessive noise, creating an environment that lacked acoustic comfort during peak periods.

In addition, uneven substrate conditions required corrective preparation before installation could begin. The flooring solution also needed to minimize maintenance downtime and support long-term operational efficiency without compromising visual appeal.

Installation Process

Ourstuff Carpet followed a carefully coordinated installation workflow to minimize operational downtime.

Step 1 – Site Assessment

The project team inspected moisture levels, existing substrates, access routes, and traffic flow before scheduling installation.

Step 2 – Floor Preparation

Existing flooring was removed, and the concrete slab was inspected for imperfections.

Step 3 – Surface Repair

Minor cracks were repaired using polymer-modified leveling compounds before surface grinding created a smooth installation base.

Step 4 – Moisture Testing

Professional moisture testing confirmed acceptable vapor emission levels before adhesives were applied.

Step 5 – Carpet Tile Installation

Each carpet tile was installed using a quarter-turn pattern to create subtle visual movement while helping conceal wear over time.

Step 6 – Final Inspection

Every section underwent detailed inspection for alignment, adhesion, transitions, and finishing quality.
